2 Pandan Leaves
Rock Sugar

Steps;

1) Soak the Swiftlet’s Spit Soup in water for 2 hours.
2) After 2 hours the Swiftlet’s Spit Soup will ballon and look like this. Drain the water and add 2 cups of fresh water, 3 Tablespoon Rock Spoon and Pandan Leaves. Set temperature to high and cook it for 2 hours.
3) After 2 hours of slow cooking, your Swiftlet’s Spit Soup is ready!
Note: You may want to add wolf berries, red dates, dried longan for more nutrients. I prefer the original Swiftlet’s Spit Soup flavor.
Do adjust the sweetness to your taste.
